A young woman is attacked in her apartment building but the suspect is stopped when the manager realizes something is amiss. While the manager and Tony are discussing options with the other residents, their apartments are burglarized. The police squad is going to do security checks but are replaced by a security company. Tony goes to the building anyway and as he's meeting the new security man, the young gang shows up with the missing items and they're sporting injuries like black eyes and wrapped wrists.
